To supplement the online course, you will be given a copy of James' book, Mental Muscle: 16 Weeks of Spiritual Boot Camp, via weekly downloads. You are encouraged to blog with your community of boot campers each week as you move through the directives.
All the sessions are recorded and archived so that you can repeat as often as you wish, or stay current if circumstances cause you to miss a session.
